They damaged our $5000 mattress by not taking care to keep it in its package. There was foam all over. They broke our toilet and didnt tell us. We fixed it but rude. They were not friendly at all. I was not happy with the service and damage. The good points are that they brought an extra person and worked hard.

The piano was loaded safely and securely, and made the interstate trip with no damage - along with all of our other furniture and belongings. The scheduling was very easy and when I had to change the appointment they quickly accommodated me. Before arrival, a crew member notified me that they'd just finished a job and gave me the exact time they would arrive. The crew did a wonderful job packing the POD. We were amazed at how much they fit into it. Plan to use them to unpack. No hidden cost. Notification is sent when the two hours are almost complete. In that notification the amount is given for overtime. Again, no hidden costs.
