Very respectful and timely arrival. Moved the three pieces left in the POD. One of the pieces had a snapped part of the leg and they were very careful with that piece.

Did a great job on loading everything as expected, and more. Worked continuously efficiently.
Lost 1 point due to no face masks, no booties (these were noted on their info page) and they decided not to use tie downs so I went back and added a couple of straps to hold some boxes.

Once they got here, I showed them what needed to be loaded up, and they took it from there. Steve and his crew were professional, pleasant, experienced, and efficient!
