Great communication- showed up as scheduled-amazingly efficient regarding packing our PODs and really took their time making sure we used the space as best as possible. They handled everything with great care and read each lable on boxes before they loaded. The guys were professional and were willing to stay longer, even though they were tired. Highly recommend!!

He called and woke me up. He was going on about how far of a drive it was for them each way, what time they would have to leave their house, did i want to change the day/time. I told him we were flexible if he wanted to combine our job with another one in our area. It seemed like a build up for a large tip. I don’t know why he woke me up with these questions or why he chose to take this job. It was his choice of what zip codes to service, so it all seemed weird and inappropriate.
The main guy was working hard. His 2 grown men helpers wanted to stand around and chat with us, take cigarette breaks and wait for him to tell them what to do and talk loudly about our plans inside our POD after we had asked them to keep it down for our neighbors.
Basic services provided competently but they had zero clue about professionalism. (Yeah, your customers don’t want to hear about your meth head friends back in SC.)

Good experience! Steve and Phillip arrived on time, and worked really hard, efficiently, and professionally to get the Pod loaded.
They took great care of the items safely being loaded, and maximized the space in the Pod really well.
I’ve already scheduled to use them again for my unload at my new home next week. Thankful for their help!

Since we were moving out of state and only needed someone to load our POD. I did a search and found Steve at A Touch Above Moving. Steve called me ahead of time to find out what all we were moving and what size pod we were using. He let me know to buy moving blankets, shrink wrap, etc. He kept in touch with me through the few days before move day. On move day he touched base a couple of times with his eta.
He and his helper worked tirelessly with tetris like precision. Steve always asked if something were going that he wasn't sure of.
We were so happy with the professionalism, courtesy, and kindness we were shown.
I would very highly recommend A Touch Above Moving whether you need local moving or just need a load or unload. I cannot express how pleased and blessed we are for Steve making a stressful time easier.
