Hirehelper did not tell me that I needed to have tape to secure my furniture blankets ... and rope ...because I did not have any rope or tape ... I am not sure the blankets will stay in place during my cross country move from Queens NY ... to Auburn, Washington. It would have been helpful if I was told ahead to make sure I had the tape ... also I needed to have time to secure all packed items after they were put into the Pod ... once again I went to the hardwood store and purchased some rope .... So next time I will make sure I have those items. The movers also needed to use my item /scissors to cut the rope... Overall the guys who moved me were polite and through during the move making sure all items were protected.

The guys did a great job unloading the pod and even moving some stuff around in the house that needed to be moved. There were some electricians at the house working and they worked well around each other. I would definitely use them again, just not too soon because I hate moving! ??

There were four wonderful guys. They worked as two teams and then blended well to finish up. They were a little later than the last phone call had indicated they might be, but they worked steadily and efficiently for the next 7 hours. How they got all of my stuff into that one container had to be seen to be believed!
NO ONE had mentioned that I needed rope. But I certainly did have enough of all other supplies!
I would highly recommend "Aways Reliable Moving Specialists" ... with all the goofs and glitches by PODS, Nayoquam (sp?) was totally out to give me the best service.
They deserved every penny of the tip I gave.
