They were polite and hard workers but I was very dissatisfied with the way they loaded the pod.They left my couches for last and they didn't fit so I was left with a huge problem. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Great Job.
The team was very professional, knowledgeable and had good customer skills. The completed their loading in the appointed time slot and cubed the PODS container very efficiently to minimize damage.
I would definitely use them again and would recommend them in the future.

Suggestions for improvement for the company:
1) I requested that the movers bring tools, and they did not bring them.
2) The movers pulled apart my bedroom sets, prior movers left the
beds intact, thereby making it easier at the new location.
3) One of my beds was place in an awkward place in the Pod Container, which blocked the entrance to the location, making it difficult to continue packing the container.

Reggie and Warren were amazingly hard workers. They are able to take directions well and made loading a Pod AND a U-Haul feel easy. They are jigsaw masters of getting our packed things to maximize space. We will be moving again soon and will be asking for them specifically by name.
