The movers were clean and respectful. However....They arrived over 2 hours late, stating it was due to rain. I informed them it wasn't raining at my location and I was not able to reschedule, as they suggested. They couldn't move my couch out. They damaged walls and left my couch on it's side, in the middle of my apartment building hallway, so tenants on the floors above me, could not exit the building! I had to hire MORE movers the next day so the couch was no longer in the building hallway. The new movers got the couch down my stairs and into my new apartment in less than 45 minutes!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
