They went above and beyond to help me in a most difficult situation. I’m so thankful that they were patient with me throughout the moving process!! I highly recommend these movers to anyone who needs help moving !! They were on time, courteous helpful beyond the highest level of customer service I have ever received. They worked extremely hard and didn’t cause any damage to my belongings or the former place of residence.

On time and efficient. The older gentleman was a workhorse, as we found unexpected challenges throughout the day. The younger man was not very smooth as the day wore on. He was apparently a newbie, as there were a few unnecessary scratches to the floor and on the walls (a bit of paint chipped). Overall, the two did a job probably meant for at least three workers (and were well compensated for their efforts). The miscalculation of needed men, and the last second surprise of not having the right size truck were on me. I was very pleased with the effort and would recommend the older gentleman any time. The youngster has a lot to learn, but I suppose did his best with the move.

These guys saved us!! The movers we had booked (not through Hire a Helper) didn’t show up. James and Eric came last minute and they worked so hard and fast, we never would of been able to do what they did, especially in such a short time frame. They used care with our things and they were both friendly and polite. Hopefully, we don’t have to move again any time soon but if we did I would hire All Arms again!

both companies you got me showed no commitment to order!
This happened twice since yesterday! I got a text message 45 mnts before the move from the company asking to reschedule to tomorrow!! we were shocked again and my wife was “crying”!!
We were left with no help (no helpers!)... they guy told me that he has another order and he may not come!! ..
I had to get help from friends and called a nieghbour, my wife heart hear back and i still have knee issue after kifting the bed!!
Do you call this a service!!
i may claim a compensation for inconvenience, stress and physical issues caused by this situation!
