I used Keep It Moving to load 2 Pods that were going to storage until I moved . When, at my new home and the PODS were being unloaded, I noticed that my Samsung 55" flat screen TV , boxed, was laying flat upon a piece of furniture and then there were several cartons placed on top of the TV and then my 6'couch was placed upside down on top of these cartons and cartons were also placed on top of the couch. My TV screen was smashed and the lining of my couch ripped and shredded in several places. The boys who were sent by Keep It Moving surely had no experience and Keep It Moving sent no supervision nor did they train the boys in how to load a truck. This company obviously had no respect for my property!

The gentlemen were fast and thorough. When it was discovered that things were damaged they directed me on who to contact to resolve issues. Helped to clean up the mess that was left and helped to organize things so we could take care of problems.

I had paid for two workers for two hours. Three workers came on time ready to work. They listened to and followed instructions and worked diligently throughout the time. With the extra person, we got the job done quicker than planned. All three were personable and friendly. One of them noticed some damage to a piece of furniture and made sure to point it out to me. I had already known about the damage, but I appreciated the fact that they were paying attention. If I ever need this service again, I would use them again without hesitation.
