Our crew, Kyle, Mikey and Jason arrived on time, and were very cognizant of the time spent doing the moving -- no wasted time goofing around. They were prepared for the job, and as the job progressed, asked if there were other items or pieces of furniture they could move since there was room in the truck. So they loaded all we could part with at the time (since we are still living in the house).They worked very hard, and seemed to have a system of organization -- Jason was the best packer and worked on the truck, Kyle took the lead in directing the work, and both Kyle and Mikey moved the furniture and boxes. They finished prior to the second hour being used. We will definitely use them again, and hope they will be our crew when we make our final move to VA. The only negative I have about this doesn't relate directly to our crew, but instead to the "dispatcher" who determines how much time will be needed to accomplish the task. The questions they asked when we signed up were how many bedrooms? And then following a chart created by someone, how many hours would be needed and we were charged accordingly. Said chart indicated we would need three hours and three men. But our move was only boxes and a few pieces of furniture from our home to our storage facility (so we can show our house) -- so the "how many bedrooms" chart wasn't as applicable as it would have been for an entire house move. Other than that, very satisfied with our crew and the work they performed. They left the truck very clean and were polite and friendly, but still business like. Thank you!

This is our second time using this Co. for unpacking a Pod. Darius came both times with Doug this time, hard workers. They arrived on time, worked hard and finished up within the allotted 2 hrs. The legs on my TV cabinet when loading at the other end must have been damaged,, they offered and did screw them back in place and repaired. Since there was some remaining time, they offered to move anything else within the hse that needed to be moved. I would highly recommend this co.

It was an overall very good experience. They showed up 15 minutes esarly. Even though my job was a little larger than what i originally requested the guys jumped right in and handled it like pros. They were even willng to stay longer if necessary. My brother who was there with me at the time of the move even commented at the end, 'Wow, that went very efficiently'.
