We hired keep it moving because of the great reviews that the company had. The only complaint we had seen was that they were too careful. We had 3 16 ft containers to load. The guys arrived an hour late, but did call to tell us they were running late. They were polite and worked hard the whole time. It took them 8 hours on a very hot July day and we were very happy to have someone else loading our stuff for us. I purposely waited until our stuff came out if storage to our new house to write this review, because it doesn't matter how polite you are if your stuff doesn't arrive to its destination on great shape. We were supplied 60 blankets from pack rat and asked them to bring tie downs and extra blankets for which we would pay extra. They didn't even use the 60 blankets, many pieces of our furniture arrived scratched. They used hardly any tie downs. In hind sight, I should have trusted less and supervised more. They did a great job carrying for us, but didn't seem to know how to protect our furniture as well as we would have.

If all of the employees at Keep it Moving are as energetic as Joshua and Corey then this company is for you! We have moved 4 times in the last 3 years to 4 different states and can honestly say that while most companies effectively move your goods they do not strive to make a connection to the customer. Joshua and Corey with Keep it Moving were the key to great customer service!

Team was on time. Professional. Took the time to move and load it right. Very aware of preventing damage to items or house. Stayed as long as we needed. Planned for 6 hours, but kept them for 13--no complaints. Did not charge against food breaks. Highly recommend.
