I am an Interior Designer and I know what it is like to get bad help, believe me!! These guys were awesome. Forgot to mention that they also made sure all the trash was taken out and divided for the recycle too. :)

The tallest mover of the two, I believe the lead mover, was polite, hard working, and careful with our things but the other smaller man was the total opposite. The man was impatient, either arguing with the lead or not listening to instruction, rough and inconsiderate with our things, and was the reason for many of the small dings and scratches to our walls, doors and furniture.

Very courteous, polite and considerate of our furnishings. Would ask for Louie and Ross if I ever need to move again. They even helped corral our little runaway dog.

Louie the owner was constantly in touch to be sure things were going as planned. Ross and Vince worked hard and wanted to be sure things were placed where we wanted them. They did not waste time and I could not be happier with the total service that was provided. Suggest anyone would have to look long and hard to find anyone better. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We usually give preparations advice on how and what to expect when we come in ....and a procedures we follow when loading or unloading items from there truck
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We usually get boxes stacked up accordingly.... make sure there's always a path and make sure that there's nothing that could cause anyone to fall slip, safety is a number one priority
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Best thing is to stack boxes according to size , always have a free and open path where people could come in and out and make sure there is no tape , paper or boxes on the floor with someone could get hurt
What types of moves have you handled?
We've had done many personal home moves & office moves also where we have to inventory and describe items do a inventory sheet and professionally shrink wrap every item for protection
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
You get to meet a variety of people in this industry and sometimes make good friends
What training do you provide your crew members?
once my crew members are hired... I personally spend anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks in training and showing them about safety packing and loading....but also letting them know why it's done this way
