The two guys who showed up to unload the truck knew what they were doing. Unfortunately they came unprepared. They did not bring a hand truck to unload heavy items off the truck. If I didn't have one the unloading would have been harder. They need to do more fromt he stand point of professionalism. The moving people who loaded the truck were far more prepared and professional. At our request they did come much later then we initially planned and in that regard I was glad they coule be more flexible.

they complained about having to load my truck instead of unloading it. They were old and not strong. i had to carry a lot of my belongings outside. One of them quit working because his back hurt. And i was in a situation where i had to get out as fast as i could and they had no concern for my well being in that matter. Way too expensive for the poor work thy did.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We usually give preparations advice on how and what to expect when we come in ....and a procedures we follow when loading or unloading items from there truck
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We usually get boxes stacked up accordingly.... make sure there's always a path and make sure that there's nothing that could cause anyone to fall slip, safety is a number one priority
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Best thing is to stack boxes according to size , always have a free and open path where people could come in and out and make sure there is no tape , paper or boxes on the floor with someone could get hurt
What types of moves have you handled?
We've had done many personal home moves & office moves also where we have to inventory and describe items do a inventory sheet and professionally shrink wrap every item for protection
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
You get to meet a variety of people in this industry and sometimes make good friends
What training do you provide your crew members?
once my crew members are hired... I personally spend anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks in training and showing them about safety packing and loading....but also letting them know why it's done this way
