Loui and Pete were awesome! They were very accommodating due to my time dilemma and showed up ready to work. I needed my belongings moved from a Storage POD into a storage facility. It felt like a thousand degrees outside and they worked diligently to get the job done. They took great pride in unpacking and repacking my belongings as if they were their own. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We usually give preparations advice on how and what to expect when we come in ....and a procedures we follow when loading or unloading items from there truck
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We usually get boxes stacked up accordingly.... make sure there's always a path and make sure that there's nothing that could cause anyone to fall slip, safety is a number one priority
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Best thing is to stack boxes according to size , always have a free and open path where people could come in and out and make sure there is no tape , paper or boxes on the floor with someone could get hurt
What types of moves have you handled?
We've had done many personal home moves & office moves also where we have to inventory and describe items do a inventory sheet and professionally shrink wrap every item for protection
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
You get to meet a variety of people in this industry and sometimes make good friends
What training do you provide your crew members?
once my crew members are hired... I personally spend anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks in training and showing them about safety packing and loading....but also letting them know why it's done this way
