I hired this company based off of reviews and overall was not disappointed. I hired 2 ppl for 2 hours to unload a 16 ft box truck to a third floor apt. Omar was there when we arrived at 11 for a start time between 11 and noon. He was professional and courteous and a very hard worker. The 2nd guy showed up maybe half an hour later. There was 5 other ppl helping so by the time the 2ns guy arrived we had moved most little things and all boxes and totes. Luckily he arrived in time for the really heavy furniture. Both men were care ful and respectful of my daughters things and I appreciate that. Between all of us, the truck was empty in 1 hour. So would I use them again, absolutely. Though next time I would hope the 2nd guy arrived when the first guy did as it would have made it easier on some of us older folks moving stuff up 2 flights of steps. But very thankful overall for this service.

Brad and Juan did a fantastic job loading up my Penske rental truck. Brad was eager to follow my wife's guidance in the load but he also had some very clever ideas of his own. They were fast, careful, polite and I would highly recommend them.

Called the company direct once I booked through hire a helper to confirm, since I was booking them from NJ to move my daughter who is going to school in Florida from 1 apartment complex to another across town. Guys showed up later than expected but I was told when I confirmed the day before they had a job prior. So I anticipated the job might take longer than estimated as often happens when moving so it wasn't an issue for her. Very pleased with the service!

The two young men arrived on time, actually a little early. They went to work promptly and went flawlessly from task to task. We have an electric dual loveseat recliner which had to be taken apart to get thru the door. They handled that with no complaints. They completed the job in record time. We would definitely recommend them.

We have used them twice and they are amazing. The guys actually CARED about our stuff and maximizing the space in our pods. They are friendly, hard-working, and very respectful. They wrapped and prepped all of our things. I can’t say enough compliments, I HIGHLY recommend them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I always tell my customers that the most important part of preparation is having miscellaneous items packed into boxes for us to carry out. The same goes for glass and fragile items inside of drawers and cabinets, safely pad and box them separately for transport or have your service provider handle the box packing if it is part of the service.
What types of moves have you handled?
I handle both commercial and residential moves. I've handles specialty items, rare finds, antiques, statues, pianos, safes, fine art...
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The most satisfying part of being a mover is the smile on my client's face once they realize that their belongings are in good hands. My favorite part of this career is that I'm always building new relations and meeting new people with unique stories and up-comings.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained to attend to details. Anybody can man handle a piece a furniture, but it takes a trained mover to disassemble, pad, wrap and safely handle significant belongings with care. This is especially important when it comes to baby grand pianos, safes and appliances.
