Texas Tier did a good job overall. Although we payed for a 4 person team and 2 were over an hour late and a piece of furniture was broken. The staff were very courteous.

Great company and amazing guys that came by today. Had a mini hiccup with the number of guys that came out, and the owner himself came by and helped out as well as adjusted the fees. They're a business you can trust to keep their word and follow through on your order. I've had a ton of movers drop the ball and these guys aren't anything close to that. Absolutely great work and great accountability which is extremely important with any move.

20 minutes late. worked slow and then left halfway thru the job to go to another job. had to complete 25% of the move alone after they left. the owner came by a couple of hours after the crew left to help me with the remaining 25%. he was great. i know it’s hard to find good help but …

Items moved into a storage unit. The guys showed up on time and were anxious to get to work! The temps were around 105 and that did not seem to slow them down. We provided water and I encouraged them to take some breaks, they only stopped for a short time and were back to the job at hand. They were careful with all the items and followed stacking directions well. The service is well worth the price and would highly recommend them.

The Texas Top Tier Movers showed up a little late but call to let me know the we’re running behind. The two helpers worked hard even in the Texas 100 degree heat. I talked to the owner three days before the move, he was well organized and aware. Everything went well and I would recommend Texas Top Tier Movers.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
