Malik and Eli were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They were on time and worked far harder than I was expecting. They loaded our uhaul perfectly and even left us room to add stuff we didn’t ask them to move. They were both incredibly nice and we had a great time talking common topic and interests as they worked. They met and exceeded our expectations and I wish we could give them higher than 5 stars! They double checked with us which boxes/totes were going and communicated their plan on how they were loading everything, making it easy for us to know how to unload it efficiently later. If I ever need movers again, I’d call and ask specifically for them because I’ve never had such great service with any other move. Thank you Malik and Eli!

I needed movers to carry my stuff down from the third floor of an apartment building (no elevator) and load it into a POD. I hired two guys for two hours. The movers were friendly but they wouldn’t listen to my suggestions or requests and insisted they knew best. It ended up taking four total hours, they complained about the stairs the whole time and worked incredibly slowly, and by the end they were just throwing things into the POD randomly and nothing was getting secured. My desk chair was just going to be rolling around near the door, not tied down at all. I had to go back in and fix a lot of stuff and secure so many loose items that were going to go flying in transit if I hadn’t done something. It was pretty appalling how lazy they got at the end. I haven’t finished my move yet so who knows if my stuff even survived a cross-country move with that loading job. I’m grateful for their help but I wouldn’t recommend or use this company again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
