I enjoyed these movers because they were efficient and friendly. My POD is being held in storage for a month while I move across the country, so I hope when I move into my place next month everything looks okay after the POD has been in transport. The movers arrived on time and were great.

The two men showed up at 1:30 and were done by 2:00. Other than a Lego wall hanging that was knocked off the wall, everything went smoothly. It was easy to schedule and get a couple of guys to help me move some furniture around in the house.

The two loaders i asked for were an hour and a half late. I called and was told the guys had a job near Houston, I live in Leander near Austin, but they were on the way. Three men (only charged for the two I asked for) arrived finally, and were very excellent workers and professional, respectful, polite and friendly. Two brought out everything and one guy, inside the 16’ PODS, fitted the pieces together. Other than being late, I was very happy with the men and the work they did. We used them again to load an 8’ container two days later.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
