On of the guys showed up to our house at our front door with what might have been a cigarillo or maybe even a blunt. Who knows. He was also on his phone…a lot! One time he disappeared for 20 minutes and could be heard on the phone in the bathroom. When they finished unloading our POD, they still had about 40 minutes of the two hour minimum left to go. I asked them to start putting things together and also to move a few things. The attitude changed to more of an attitude of “you’re going to make us actually work now?” The attitude made me decide to just cut them at the time they finished and lose the difference I had to already pay.

Xavier and Ron (sorry I can’t remember his full name!) were awesome! Super efficient and professional, and very friendly. The owner, Rene, was highly communicative and friendly leading up to our move as well. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

After waiting out the one hour waiting arrival window I called the contact (the owner I believe) for this company to get an ETA. He told me didn’t know what was going on and would call the guys scheduled for the job. Later I get a call back that he couldn’t get hold of of them and that he could guarantee someone would show up before the end of the day but no guarantee as to when that would be. Unfortunately, I was leaving that afternoon for and out-of-state move and didn’t have the ability to just wait around all day for them to show up. I got very lucky that I had friends willing to drop everything and pack up my truck for me. I never got an explanation as to what happened, but I didn’t appreciate kicking off my move with this stressful situation.

Very polite gentlemen. They did not come with full understanding of what they had to do as far as disassembling the beds and had no tools to do such. Not wanting to be idle this created them to not take full advantage of space when loading the truck. For sure they did carry an outstanding asset - VERY RESPECTFUL and PATIENT. I do suggest a seasoned Helper to review behind their ability to stage until they get fully up to par.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
