Our rental truck wasn't there in the morning as Budget overbooked and sold our reservation. The Movelogic team was waiting but no way to get another truck for hours. They were booked the rest of the day but came back as soon as their last job was finished and loaded us (we had a truck by then. Only charged for the 2 hours loading...not their list time in the morning! An effort beyond the norm, definitely use this company.

These guys were great! They were on time, very respectful, and got the 26' truck unloaded in no time. They were prepared and took special care with all of my belongings. They even made sure that everything went in the right room! The price was reasonable and definitely worth it. I'm calling these guys next time!

They were supposed to be there at 10 a.m. and evidently they took another job earlier ended up getting there at 4 and when we needed extra help they were too tired to continue. Will not use them again

This company deserves six stars rather than 5. I ordered 2 workers for 2 hours and they came early and with a 3rd guy, at no extra charge! They guys were amazing! They unloaded all of our stuff with care and even gave us some very helpful info about Arizona, since we're new to the state. I would absolutely recommend them!!

They were close to on time. They were very prepared for the job. They worked steadily. They were professional and friendly. They were very considerate and wanted to be sure everything was put where I wanted it, even though I changed my mind a few times. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them. I'm not used to having people in my house, but they seemed more like friends than hired workers.

Once Ronny and his crew showed up, they moved everything efficiently and quickly, getting them there, however, was an issue. I tried several times to touch base with Ronny the week prior to our move. He was busy on another job all week and kept promising he'd get back to me. The day before the move we verified the meet-up time via email. The day of the move, our meet up came and went. I called around the 15 minute mark and they were on another job. He assured me they'd be done in 1-1.5 hours and would come directly to our place. Almost 2.5 hours later they finally showed up, with 3 guys instead of the 2 I was contracted for. By that time, we had already unloaded about a third of our moving truck as I wasn't even sure he was going to show up. It was completely dark by the time they finished. If you don't care about communication and time management and price is an issue, go with Movelogix (they're one of the cheaper companies out there). Otherwise go somewhere else.
