This was a labor-only, at-home job. The guys moved all of our heavy items and boxes from the main floor to our garage (including appliances). We are having the entire first floor of our home finished in stained concrete. Everything had to be out. -- They were on-time (early actually). They worked hard and fast. They had the right equipment and were respectful of our property and moved carefully. They were great with out dog, too! Yes, I'd recommend them again. Donny - the owner - checked in with me before and after. His foreman, George, also reviewed their work with me at the job site to ensure we were happy. Great crew. Great job.

I booked Movelogix for a large household move from Scottsdale to Mesa. It took a few calls to the owner to confirm the move but I was persistent and I did finally connect. The booking process indicated that they would bring moving pads but upon confirming with the owner I was told that they only bring moving pads when they use their truck(which we were not using). The owner said that I would get a call the morning of the move but instead they just showed up on time. They did not start the clock until both men were ready to work.
The two men we hired worked very hard and did a great job of packing the truck. We didn't have the pads when they arrived so they just moved everything to the truck and then put in the pads once they arrived. This was a good move on their part. We had huge furniture and they did a fine job. They stayed on task all day long and it was easy to extend them as we went over our allotted time by a little bit.
I would use Movelogix again and would recommend them to a friend.

Ronnie assured me he was sending two of his best - Jerry and his son Jerry. If these two are his best he needs to hire some new people. They were on time but insisted they were not told by Ronnie to bring plastic wrap for the upholstered furniture which is what Ronnie assured me they would bring. Time wasted as they went off to Home Depot to purchase the plastic wrap. They broke very expensive furniture and there is a boot print on an upholstered chair. They complained about not being paid enough by Ronnie and were generally disrespectful all the way around. This outfit is a nightmare. How do I file an insurance claim for all the damages?

They showed up when they said and did the move however it was difficult to schedule the move. They were hard to contact.

they took their time and charged me an extra hour for just standing around.

They were on time, very hard working and at the time I thought they had done a good job, but when we went to unpack the truck a lot of my furniture was scratched and boxes labeled lamps where on the bottom wrecking most of the lamp shades. They had taken bedding out of boxes to put around some of the furniture, so I had to get new bedding so we could actually sleep in beds the first night. I can say they were polite and tried to pack carefully, but they didn't think before putting it in the truck.

The MoveLogix team did a GREAT job packing my truck. How do I know? The crew that unpacked my truck, which work for a totally different company, commented several times how awesome everything was fit into the truck. I am very pleased with the work they did.
