The guys showed up and did a great job, fit everything in one trip. It was under 2 hour minimum too. However, the guy who sets up the appointments with the company was annoying and had a sarcastic tone; I missed the movers by 15 mins due to me picking up a uhaul and had to wait hours after that for them to come back; every time I called the dispatcher would say they are just finishing up and on their way that was 2 hours before the movers showed back up. 2-3 calls and 5 hours later the guys showed up but they (the movers did a great job) that is the only saving grace for this review.

There was a bit of a scheduling issue throwing the whole day off. The back-up team, Maurice in particular, was great. He can really pack a truck. However, I had a LOT of stuff and there was damage to the furniture that I was just generally displeased with. I definitely should have hired more than two guys, but they were really good sports about my excessiveness. The service was okay, but I would not hire them again just due to lack of timeliness and care of my of my belongings.
