SMF Moving was very professional and friendly, did a wonderful job placing items in the correct room. They were careful with with all belongings. Would definitely recommend and would hire agian.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY…. The two men were supposed to arrive between 1-2…showed up at 245 and smelled of weed. We’re supposed to remove everything from one container then repack the same way in the second. They walked stuff from 1 to the other… left out a couch, mountain bike, and coffee table…locked the container and left. We’re hired for 3 hours and they locked the container at 1:45 min and refused to repack it right. Hire A Helper has been not helpful at all in helping me reclaim my money. They in fact charged me full price and have refused to help. DO NOT USE HIRE A HELPER

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
