They guys who unloaded my truck get 5 stars. They did the best job I have seen and I have used a few helpers in the past few years. They were careful with my furniture and organized it well in my storage unit.
The communication from inside was nonexistent. All the helpers I have used in recent years sent a confirmation text when the order was received and again the day before moving. I got nothing from SMF until I texted them 15 minutes into my move window to see if they were coming. I was told they would be there momentarily and that was 40 minutes later. Inside gets 2 stars.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.

My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
