The movers came in and started moving things not caring if they damaged the floor or walls. They left a large scrape in the wood floor, they tried to rub it out with no success. They responded they didn't do any damage. They have good reviews so I was surprised that they sent out movers who didn't seem to be experienced moving items and not damage the house.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.

My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
