They came on time and took excellent care unloading the 16 foot fully loaded truck, I am very happy with the crew, very courteous, they place the boxes slowly on the ground without breaking anything, they listen to every detail, no dents and scratches, they finished the unloading ahead of schedule, I would hire them again.

I never do reviews, but after seeing the damage done I feel I have no other choice. The loaders who came to load my U-Haul were on time and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars until the truck was unloaded. After getting to my destination I had a different company hired to unload the truck. They immediately started taking pictures and calling me to come on the truck to look at how things were stacked. Couches with indents in them from heavy items being stacked on them. Mirrors scratched, end tables cracked. Worst of all a large dining table that I had explained had to be protected not only scratched, but one side of the table that opens was over extended due to how it was improperly wrapped and put in the truck. And an antique 80 year old headboard was broken. I am beyond frustrated at the ineptitude of how this truck was loaded by people who are supposed to know how to do this. If you care about your furniture at all do not hire this company. Its not worth it!
