Scenic movers were exceptional professional movers who helped us move. They were on time and very courteous. They packed our truck very carefully and nothing was damaged due to shifting in the truck at the end. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Movers were supposed to arrive between 9AM and 10AM, at 10:20, I called their number and the mailbox was full. I then called Hire a Helper, they called, texted and left a vm. Hire a Helper said they would give them 10 minutes to respond. I received a call from Hire A Helper stating that due to the weather, the movers would be there at 11:15. Scenic Movers called and stated that because of the rain, they would be delayed. I told them that I had the truck backed up to the garage and they just needed to move the stuff out of the garage into the basement. 11:15 came and went. I called Hire a Helper to start working on getting someone to unload the truck. Finally at 11:47, Scenic City Movers showed up. I cancelled the replacement movers.
I would like to say that the young men that did come were very nice and respectful and did treated my Mom kindly. They put the boxes and items where she wanted. So I will thank them for that.

I had them prepaid to arrive from9-11 I called at 9:30 said they were waiting on a guy to show up for work..at 11 something they showed up…then I rec a text stating the two guys I had prepaid for two hours my time was almost up..they had only been there 55 mins…I was stress to max ….I still had to drive my uhaul trip 150 miles and turn in by 4:30 I would never use this company again….but have to say the two movers worked very had and got me loaded fast..the guys were awesome…
