They broken 1 item from the moving and 1 valance from one window's blind when moving in furniture. I can't really recommend them and wish I had chosen a different company.
UPDATE: I recently found out that they also scratched my front door really badly. This is unacceptable and now I am calling the company and talking to the manager.

We had a stressful move of our daughter from Georgia to her first apartment in Richmond Virginia. We called Hire A Helper who booked the company On The Move for our job. Our personal truck was late and we could not move in until the next day. We had booked On The Move just for the unloading of our truck. Wayne, at On The Move, was very accommodating and helped to move the time of the crew. The two gentlemen that were sent to do the actual unloading of the truck were there on time, they were courteous and respectful, they were neat and got everything done quickly and efficiently. We would definitely use On The go Move and Hire A Helper again.
