To be clear, we did not have any issues with the movers themselves, but the management and scheduling of the movers put us in a really bad position. The movers were 4 hours late, effectively ruining all other moving plans for the rest of the day and following day. The movers themselves clearly did not know they were going to be scheduled and were exhausted from already having worked a full day. When we asked that management make it right by helping us finish the job, they ghosted us and left us with a full truck and unfinished loading at 6 PM on a Friday night.
