Clarence,Josh and Jawuan were beyond helpful. They made my my move stress free. They were respectful, courteous and jumped in where they needed to get the job done. I would definitely recommend dyson for anyone that wants to move. Especially with employees like this

They were on time and worked to get the job done. I would recommend them. Only problem we had is they didn't call before they arrived but it wasn't their fault as Hire a helper gave them an incorrect phone number. That also complicated getting them paid. Tey track by phone number so make sure that is correct.

Movers were on time, professional, and efficient. They had to carry my furniture and belongings quite a distance and up to my second floor apartment (the PODS could not be parked in my lot), but they worked together and did not complain.

Way too many broken items and even Christian Movers who unpacked us in Dublin, Ohio said it was the worst packing job they had ever seen. Will be sending photos as part of the follow up complaint. Really disappointed with Dyson's, especially after seeing how good Christian Movers were. They worked hard but the young men who were doing the work had no real clue about moving and loading a moving van which led to significant damage to our furniture and other household items.

Wish I had not called back in before unloading in Dublin to give them a nice tip and additional money for the other two guys who stopped by to help. Their shoddy work reflects very poorly on Hire a Helper!!

There was a delay in arrival of about a 1/2 hour due to the workers getting a bad phone. Was not an issue with our project.
The two gentlemen started working and did not stop for the full 3 hours.
They were careful with the items that were moved and adapted to our changing direction.
I will definitely consider using Dyson's if the need arises.

Josh and Johnny were a fantastic crew. They arrived right on time and called shortly before arrival. They were very pleasant and professional. They worked hard and got more done in the scheduled time then I thought would be possible. They also were able to fit more items (very carefully) into the POD then I thought would be possible. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!

Came early and finished in half of the time. josh was the Crew leader and he was pleasent to work with. "The Kid" was moving too quickly and dropped one box which of course was something fragile which broke. Overall they were fast and loaded the truck very well. I would hire them again.

Movers were 40 minutes late, even after their 1 hour window ended - they did call to tell us they would be late but we had to get to the Chicago airport and it was stressful. They did not bring a dolly in their small car - we were refunded $10 for that.

We were told on the phone we were getting someone local and these guys told us they came down from Chicago.

They were okay. While waiting for Dyson, we asked two other guys who were there finishing up moving someone else and those 2 did a much better job - we wished we'd gotten them.

Compared to the 2 other guys, Dyson guys did not work as hard. They needed direction to pack the unit efficiently.

I was not told when I called initially that we had to pay more for same day service - this did not help when making our decision to hire, and we thought this service was way too costly.

We would not use them again.
