Darius let me know when he would arrive. He and his partner arrived on time, worked hard and quickly, taking great care with my furniture. They even moved a large bed, very difficult to move from the basement to the second floor without complaint. They were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.

I was a little worried because I had to schedule services around 2pm the day of, and was delightfully surprised with the service I received! The movers arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled (which was a huge relief) and they were done in about 45 minutes as well. They were fast, efficient, communicative, and professional. It was a huge weight off of my shoulders (literally) on a very stressful day. I will definitely be recommending these services to anyone I know who is moving! Thank you!

Kent and Darrius are just amazing! They handled our stuffs with great care. We ended up loading extra furniture that we originally didn’t think it would fit. They totally maximize the capacity of the container. Super satisfied and highly recommend!

They came early which was fine. They were polite. However, they arrived with no hand truck or tools. I had to supply those. (Which I was scrambling to gather from neighbors/friends). It took incredibly long! Towards the end of the job they said to me “we have to go to another job now so we’re heading out”. I said “as I told you I have to get my bike out of the bike room”. They said “there’s no room. We closed up the Pod” . Yikes! When I asked about my storage unit they said “we got all of that “. After they rushed out I went down to the storage unit and there were several things still in it, including a rolled up rug and a a few boxes! They lied to me! I couldn’t lift the door to the Pod myself so I have no way of knowing how full it is. I had to squeeze these heavy items into my car myself and I’m a 65 year old woman recovering from a serious illness. Nearly killed me. I provided 14 furniture pads to insure my furniture would be protected and they used about 4. I’m a wreck thinking about what shape my furniture will be in once it reaches California. Please hire professional and honest individuals going forward. This has been the most stressful day of my life.

Darius and Ken were AMAZING! Darius checked in with me in the morning to confirm my start time, he then kept me updated on their ETA and arrived on time and got straight to work. Seeing as you pay extra for anything over 2 hours it put me at ease to see how efficient they were while still taking great care of my belongings. I couldn’t be happier!

These guys really roughed it out for me. I had a lot of unexpected things occur. First of which being that my truck reservation was unavailable. So, no truck. We had to improvise a 1000 sq ft move with 2 pickup trucks and we made 2 trips. It was exhausting and frustrating but they were good sports and rolled with the punches. Very optimistic and ready to work. A million thank you’d is not enough. Recommend any day.

The crew did a good job of getting all the items I wanted on the truck alrhough it was very tight. The only complaint that I have is they packed a suit case that was not suppose to be packed. I was not able to see it to try and retrieve the case.
