The team who showed up were great! They arrived onetime, called about an hour ahead to let me know they were on their way and worked their butts off while they were here. The leader listened as I described where to put things and was respectful of the rules of my condo, the other guy was nice, but less responsive and sometimes clearly annoyed with my requests. However, the company is a mess. I never received any sort of conformation about their service and until the guys called me at 8am the morning of my move, I wasn't certain they were coming. This was stressful and I tried calling several times in the days leading up to my move. The company never answered the phone and their voicemail was full. I was preparing myself to try to find someone and pay for same day service. They sent the team unprepared. Their description says they come with hand truck and furniture dolly- always included no fee, it was a big reason I chose them. I also listed when booking that there were about 100 boxes plus furniture, with some light assembly (screw the legs back on my couch) to be unloaded and brought to my second floor apartment. They showed up with nothing. No hand truck, no dolly, no tools. I happened to have a small hand truck (which they used) and tools, which they used. And it took them exactly the 3 hours I had booked. However, had they carried each box separately, I would have needed to pay to have them stay the extra hour at least. What kind of moving company sends movers without a dolly of any kind? Especially when their add says it's always included. Despite how well the guys that were here did, for all the reasons I listed about, it was too stressful dealing with this company, and I wouldn't hire them again, nor would I recommend them.

If you have to load a POD Armani is the man for the job. I was nervous about space but I actually had room leftover. He and Mike were hardworking and polite. Highly recommended

Armani and Thomas were absolutely phenomenal! Both were extremely careful, precise, energetic, efficient, and professional. Their friendly courteous respectful demeanor made the entire experience pleasant and effortless on my part. I highly recommend them!!!

The movers arrived on time and did their job well and quickly. I would have liked if they were a bit more communicative -- they showed up and started moving things without much discussion of what things were or how to handle them. That being said, I was happy with how they loaded up the storage container.
My review is only three stars because I had a lot of trouble communicating with the company before the scheduled move. I emailed, texted, and called the company in the days leading up to the move and received no response. Luckily, the movers showed up on time as requested, but I was very apprehensive about it.
