The two men that helped me showed up on time and were very courteous. However, they were extremely slow moving, which is problematic on moving day in Chicago, when you can only book an elevator for a set amount of time. They also did not come with any protective plastic for wrapping furniture. We were moving from a one bedroom apartment and booked two men for two hours of labor to help us pack the truck. It ended up taking them over 5 hours (after promising that 2 or 3 hours would be enough time once they assessed the size of the apartment), and the majority of the moving was done by my husband and I while they packed items slowly from the sidewalk into the truck. There was a point when I had brought 3-4 loads of items out and in that span of time, saw no difference in the truck during that time. I had also requested ahead of time that they disassemble our bed, which ended up being something we did ourselves because they never got to it. I would not use this service again.

They were on time and very nice, but super super slow and inexperienced. I had a 1 bedroom move that I thought would have been pretty easy. I've moved 4 times in the last 5 years, I know how moves go - I will never try and use cheaper movers again. I warned the movers we only had 1 hour with the freight elevator because of my building so you think they would have hustled, but no at the end of 1 hour they had only moved my boxes and small stuff out. All the large pieces of furniture were still inside. we were lucky enough that the next people to use the freight elevator showed up late so in total we had an hour and 45 minutes with it. By the time we got kicked out of it they had at least moved my couches, but half of my apartment was still full with heavy items to be moved. This move ended up taking over 3 hours in total and I had to end up helping and bringing loads down! I hire movers to take the stress away from moving and I was more stressed out with them. I am so disappointed with the service I had, I will never use this company again. I wish I was watching them with the freight elevator because I have no idea how they were loading it or how full it was when they went down to the truck with things. They wasted so much time and I have no idea what they were doing. There were two of them and one of them could not do anything without the other. It was the worst strategy I have ever seen.

They were on time and very nice. Not very experienced though. I would only recommend for a super easy move. I only had 1 piece of furniture for them to put together (a large queen bedframe from ikea) and I decided to not have them build it for me unfortunately. They seemed nervous to do it, asked me if I had the tools needed for it (when I put this request in the description and they should have had tools). I actually only wanted to hire movers for the ease of taking it apart and putting it back together, but I didn't find this with them. I was hoping for a stress free day, but I didn't exactly get that.

Crew arrived on time and ready to work! Handled a four story walk-up (no elevator) with no problem and managed to unload my belonging to two separate locations within my requested time frame. Would highly recommend!

Tony and Shawn were on time, were very nice young men, and put a lot of effort into moving and packing our belongings. They organized the truck beautifully and nothing moved during the 5 hour drive - which included a steep, uneven hill leading to the new house. Only problem was that they packed several items TOO tightly - causing the leg of a chair to split and the side of an antique wooden desk to be crushed. I didn't like the chair much anyway, but was super disappointed about my daughter's desk, which can't be repaired. They will be great with a bit more experience. The price was right, too. Overall, satisfied.

My move went fantastic. They were on time, actually a few minutes early to be honest. Showed up with 3 guys instead of the 2 that I requested so the move went even quicker than anticipated. They were very respectful of my property as well as very respectful to my wife and I, always calling us Sir or Ma'am. It wasn't necessary but it was appreciated. I honestly can't say enough about how professional it was. I was hesitant to hire movers at first but Mobile Services put my doubts to rest. Great job and when I move again, they will definitely get my business.

Yes they were spot on-time very good! One guy was mentally prepared as the other was not, did not know about the flights of stairs moving from and to. Yes they both worked hard. They were very respectful of my property and goods. I would use them again.
