First, let me say that the movers themselves (the two guys who came to our place and the man who drove them) were SO amazing! If this was just a review of them, I would give them 6 stars if possible. I did have a few issues with scheduling. After confirming on HireAHelper, we tried to reach out to the company to confirm for several days leading up to the move, a total of probably 5-6 phone calls and voicemails we left with the phone number given, as well as an email. The Sunday afternoon before our Tuesday move, we still hadn't gotten a call back so I called to leave a message, expecting we were going to have to cancel. Someone answered! He apologized and said he thought he had called everyone on his list to confirm with them, but it still doesn't explain the multiple unanswered calls and voicemails we left. He told me that we were confirmed and that our movers would call 30 minutes before arriving on Tuesday. That never happened - we were on our way to the moving site when we got a call from our doorman that the movers were waiting in the lobby! They were about ten minutes early for the arrival window, but that ended up being fine for us. Communication could have been a little better with the office, and we were expecting a 30 minute call because we were told that was what would happen, but as I said above, the guys who actually came to help us were amazing (they managed to pack our stuff so efficiently and safely unloaded everything - no damage to any of our belongings), so it was definitely worth it in the end. I would recommend, as I'm hoping our experience with the miscommunication was not normal practice for them.

This company did a great job! We were running late and they still came in and unloaded our truck for us. They were incredibly respectful and got the job done perfectly. We moved into a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator and they didn't complain at all. I would definitely use this company again!

I hired 2 people for 2 hours and they did a great job. They loaded my 1 bedroom apt within the 2 hours and packed it in the truck so that it all fit. They were very nice and offered to help move things I was trying to move into my car. I only had one scratch on a piece of furniture, otherwise everything looked like it was in great condition.

These guys did great work. I hired them for 2 hours. We were done even before that and magically everything fit in the truck, which I did not think was possible. They worked hard and made this the easiest move I've had yet.

The guys were great. Worked quickly and were really helpful. They made good recommendations and helped us secure our stuff in our truck. They knew how to pack the truck and took command which we wanted. We traveled 14 hours and not a single thing moved. Only a couple things were knicked or saw some minor damage, which was really amazing considering the amount of stuff.

These guys were great! They showed up on time, and they were careful with my heavy, awkward furniture. I hired them for two hours and they were finished within 45 minutes. Plus they were very polite and offered to assemble anything I might need help with. The whole process was easy and stress-free.
