Guys got here at 8:30-ish. Loaded the Pod and moved furniture between floors for us. The guys were careful and they got everything we wanted in the Pod. Would have liked them to wear masks (they didn’t). They finished on 2 hours but I was charged for 3 hours. Couldn’t change this on the checkout page. Not the guys fault but I hope they company corrects that.

Derrick at Mobile Services Moving Labor was a lifesaver. My mover cancelled the day-of the move and Derrick swooped in to save the day. He was very professional, arrived on time, and a super hard worker. He moved all our stuff from one suite to another all by himself in 3 hours.

Darius, Charles, and Ralph are just the crew you need if you are in need of a packing miracle. They are super polite and easy to communicate and are more flexible in listening to your requests. You really will not need to tell them how to organize your belongings because they are master packers and will find the best fit for your things at a speed that you will not believe until you see them in action all the while making sure your things are well padded and protected. I really hope all my future moves are as easy as this crew made it. I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful move seem a walk in the park. Thank you so much Darius, Ralph, and Charlie could not have done it without you guys.
