These guys were great. They showed up on time, were extremely helpful, and were careful with all of my belongings. They even went above and beyond by helping me lower furniture off of my balcony that wouldn't fit through the patio doors, and they came back to help me load things into a separate trailer after my initial pod couldn't fit everything.

I hired Packed Moving Services sight unseen through the HireaHelper service provided with my Budget Truck Rental. I needed help unloading when I arrived in Chicago because there were two flights of stairs and my friends and I are all too old for that! I was a bit nervous about it, but I connected with David Martinez, the owner himself, and stayed in communication right until he and his coworker T showed up to unload. They were on time, incredibly efficient with time (finished in under the two hour time), took really good care of my stuff, worked around some really crappy weather, and were just good people on top of it all. I could not have been happier with the job they did and I highly recommend David and Packed.....and will definitely be hiring him again as I furnish my place!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call to confirm your order and ask for details to make the move as smooth as possible. We ask important questions regarding the needs of our customers
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
we provide Dollies, ratchet straps, blankets and tools for disassembly and re-assembly on every move. We will provide additional materials such as, shrink wrap and mattress bags upon request. We will give the customer a courtesy call when we’re on the way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always say, have everything in a box that could be in a box if possible, so that the move could go smooth and fast. If you want to save time and money, have everything disassembled and organized.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all, from small local loads and unloads, to moving large 10 bedroom houses cross country. We have done warehouse work, commercial work, office work, industrial work, staging work, and labor only staffing. We are not shy about work, and we have experienced in every facet of moving
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing someone’s face with a sigh of relief, a look of satisfaction, a surprised and impressed look, a big smile, or even a cry of joy or relief. That’s my favorite part of being a mover.

We provide on the job training. We focus on technique with lifting, wrapping, disassembly, assembly, packing boxes, packing trucks, prepping furniture. We pay very close attention to the small details when it comes to timing and spacing and lifting and proper packing techniques
