We were very happy with our movers! We were concerned that not everything would fit in the Uhaul and Richard and DeSean took their time and had a solution to perfectly pack everything so it did. They were quick, efficient, and very friendly! Highly recommend!

Packed Moving Services did a good job. They worked hard, they were prepared, they were respectful of our property.
We were unloading a small rental truck filling a 400 square foot studio in downtown Chicago. We had to reserve an elevator time window. They were scheduled to arrive between 10-11. They called around 10:30 to tell us they were running late. Our elevator window was 10-12. We went ahead and unloaded everything but the sofa, bed, mattress, and dresser. They arrived at 11:40. It may not have been their fault they were late because they said the first job went long- but also- we paid for two hours and they moved 4 things. It took them 15 minutes. Because we basically did the work ourselves, I would not hire them again.

The team did an excellent job adjusting to what was out of our control. Due to a rain delay, the team called in an additional member to help with the move so as not to put us behind schedule. Everyone was very kind and careful and made the move as seemless as possible!

The crew that came to my house was focused, helpful, and FAST! I was in a unique situation where I was only moving certain things out of my house. They worked quickly to get through the maze of things, protected my items well, and packed them with ease into my POD. So grateful for this team!

We had the best experience with Packed Moving Services. The crew was so friendly, respectful, and efficient! They even showed up with an additional person free of charge which made things move even faster. We ran into an issue where my building didn't lock the elevator for us so we had to deal with the elevator beeping at us and waiting for it amongst the rest of the building traffic and these guys rolled with the punches and figured out an assembly line that made things still move super quickly! We hired them for 2 hours and they finished in a little over 1 hr, I think.
I cannot say enough good things about this crew. They had amazing positive energy and I was just so so so thankful for their help. 10/10 would hire them again! Thank you!
