Fantastic company!! Movers were great, efficient and personable. They were able to pack my entire 2 bedroom apartment into a 16foot POD. If I wasnt leaving the state I would hire them to unload. They even recommended moving supplies that I had not purchased yet to successfully protect everything.

The guys who came to help me did a great job. For a few minutes I thought I had lost a box and called Dakota. He immediately contacted my helpers to check to with them and assured me I would find it - which I did!! I felt terrible for calling, but appreciated his extremely professional response. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a phone call from a customer service representative within the first 24 hours of booking to confirm job requirements and services needed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to crew arriving on job site, After arriving will provide an introduction of crew members and perform a quick walk through of the home, to insure all items are placed in their proper locations. At this time any details regarding the move can be discussed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Making sure all boxes are properly packed and taped. Padding and shrink wrapping any furniture, such as dressers, couches, etc. will make this process go faster. Also any misc. items should be packed or bagged. All though we do provide all these services, these are just some tips that can speed up the moving process.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have assisted and done all types of moves; medical, residential, long distance, commercial, and office. You name it and we've moved it!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover, is having the satisfaction of having the customer comfortable and able to relax in their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide several video training logs and 1 week trial training, to train our crew members with the best customer service, safety procedures, and protocols.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
