We lived in Maryland and just moved to Colorado Springs, CO with a packed UHaul and a bad back! We contacted Hire A Helper to arrange unloading help when arriving in CO. The website is super easy to use, communication is phenomenal and showed up on time, actually early. They handled all of our belongings very carefully and were done in a short window of time. They were lifesavers!! I would recommend them to EVERYONE in need of help with a move! They also had the cheapest prices! 100 STARS!!

The 2 movers were great. And showed up on time. They were hired because the other Hire A Helper vendor no-showed the previous day. Using the Hire A Helper Service was a disaster. Hire A Helper recruited this company as a last minute replacement. The POD was loaded 23 hrs late. I moved most of my things into the POD while waiting for 4 Corners movers to show up the previous day. When the newly hired company showed, the next day, it took 53 minutes to load my remaining items. They were polite & efficient. However I was ripped off. There is a 2 hr minimum. So even though I did more than 1/2 of the work & they only did 53 min of work, I was charged the entire 2 hours. All in all an awful experience.

Team arrived in the time window and kept me informed of their arrival. The job was unloading a shipping container (800-pack-rats). Unfortunately, the apt complex parking was very full and tight so the container was several hundred yards away. I had to rent a truck to move it from the container to the apartment. This required the team to unload the container, load it onto a truck and then unload the truck and go up a flight of stairs to the apartment. They guys were great and took directions well and despite the extra load/unload were able to stay within the original 2 hour work window. Good crew that communicated well with me and each other. They had a great attitude and it was such a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend this team.

I highly recommend future customers ask specifically for Paul & JT. I am moving another furnished home location later this year and I definitely will ask for them by name. They were very careful with our things and made sure that everything went to the correct room. They were punctual, and worked very hard the entire 3 hours. They knew what they were doing and didn't scratch or dent any walls or door frames in the process. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Paul & JT.
