I had explicitly ask them to handle a mirror gently and asked them to keep it upright. After they left (in a hurry) I realized they had the mirror on the floor of the POD with furniture actually stacked on top of it. I had to repack that section of the POD> I am worried to see what else may have been packed poorly.

Great availability - I was able to schedule just a few days out. Day of, the team contacted me ahead of time to let me know due to the previous job being larger than anticipated, they may be a little late. They ended up still arriving within the original time window & were super communicative, friendly, respectful, & efficient. They were able to unload my container extremely quick, & in a way that allowed me to easily access everything. Would absolutely recommend

Didn't bring dolly or moving equipment. Box placing in condo was pretty sporadic and not very efficient. But still got the job done on time
