Luis and his crew were outstanding! We were running behind and called to let them know. They still beat us to the house and were ready to go when we pulled up. They were all so careful with everything in the truck, manuvering through three levels in the house with furniture and boxes. They had the unfortunate issue of dealing with some really bad packing of the truck on the part of the previous crew, but Luis and his guys all were fantastic. I can't recommend them highly enough.

But kind of threw item in there didn’t wrap a tv it was in a laundry basket the mirror on my china hutch is broke it wasn’t strapped down
When the movers that I had help me unload even said that it wasn’t packed right.
I feel they need more training
I know I didn’t have straps but I offered to reimburse if they used their own but it wasn’t done. I did appreciate their help

Danny and Dave were great! Arrived on time and got to work! They were great about making sure they were taking the right stuff and helping ensure all delicate items were safe and avoid any potential damage. Drop off was great as well as they took direction on where to place items and were happy to move items around. Great attitude and just happy to help. Thanks guys!!!

She would have gotten 5 stars but the other two destroyed it and it sucks I couldn’t even tip her after being charged an additional hour for the other two people

Avalanche will be prepared with the blankets wrap and protective items needed to protect your items. We will be on time and finish your job in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have everything off the items we are moving. Make sure all your boxes are ready to load. Clear off all items off of all the furniture that we are moving.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, in state long distance , offices, short distance, within the same complex.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Knowing we made a potential stressful move into a more pleasant experience.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All new movers are trained in how to properly load a truck, carry heavy items and protect customers valuables. They will be trained in the field along side of an experienced crew members.
