The arrival time was 30 minutes after 10 am, where they said it would be between 9 am to 10 am.
We had people from church helping to unload the boxes and it only took 1 hour for the helpers to unload the furniture. They were not prepared to move furniture, did not bring dollies to make it easier to move the furniture.
I understand we prepay for a minimum of 2 hours, but if there is a way for a review of the charges and process some refund it will be appreciated!

I have moved a lot but this crew was the best at loading the truck. I was moving from a storage unit into a 26’ truck. Yancey and the guys (3 total) were quick and professional as we discussed items and loading to help balance the truck. Only one item broke…and it was something I loaded after they were done!
