They showed two hours late and finished what I had not finished in 22 minutes. The employees were lovely as people but not responsible to being on time. I left a message for the management of the company and they responded with a voice mail and a number to contact them. I called and left a message, because they were closed, regarding my dissatisfaction and they did not respond back. The next day they charged me in FULL. $328 DOLLARS FOR BEING 2 HOURS LATE and worked for 22 minutes.
While the employees where very nice people, and competent while working, I do not recommend hiring them. I will not be recommending them because their management did not make what I believe was a good faith effort to be in touch with me. It is normal and natural to be "in phone tag" with people these days. One call does not qualify as good customer service in my book. While I am dissatisfied I do not know anything about them beyond my experience. Given my experience I will not be hiring or recommending this company.

5 Star Moving LLC did a great job and they were very professional. They called me about 30 minutes prior to arrival and got to work right away. They got an entire 16’ POD loaded within the minimum 2-hour timeframe (including items from a 2br/1ba apartment). They asked for my opinion on how I would like my things to be loaded and then they followed my requests exactly. I would have no hesitation hiring them again.

I had one day to move out of storage and into my new home. Hire a Helper sent good , respectable, and hard-working movers to complete the task. I was impressed with the professionalism and promptness of keeping me informed and meeting the goal of keeping work within a timely manner according to the allotted time.

Arron and Arron Jr. were fantastic! It was a super hot day and they got the job done with time to spare! Encouraged them to take a few breaks because of the heat! Very respectful of items, boxes, walls, etc. We wouldn’t have been able to do our unloading without them!
