Very professionally done. They packed the POD front-to-back, side-to-side, (and most importantly) bottom-to-top. And they did it all within a 3-hr window. I’m extremely happy with their work!

The crew did not complete the job that we asked them to do.
We asked them to unpack the arcade machine in the garage, move it into the home, put 2 barstools together and place packing materials in trash pick up area of home.
The team literally left the packing materials in the garage, did not finish taking off the wrapping materials off the machine, did Not assemble the barstools. They left after 20 minutes. We use Hire A Helper all the time for the same exact job and this is the first time there has been a bad experience. I don't think our company should be charged for this job. Excellent process working with Jerome from start to finish in arranging exactly what l needed . The crew that handled the work did a tremendous job /5 major stars in all aspects of their work & attitude , professionalism.
I would use this team lead by Jerome with any & every move for me if l were still living in Cola area. Just wish this same team could have been the ones to help me with my unloading in NC . Will refer all my friends who live in Cola area to ask for this team thru Hire a Helper for any moves needs they have .
