Terrence and the additional person (I didn't catch his name, sorry) were really great. They were on time, prepared, worked hard and definitely took care of all my stuff! They had to work at getting the door open because of shifting during the move, but they got it open with a lot of determination and care for the items that were in the way.
I would definitely use 5 Star Moving again and would recommend them to anyone needing moving labor help.

I highly recommend 5 Star Moving LLC for anyone needing assistance with their moving needs. The two men who came were punctual and very prepared. They reviewed the items to be placed in the POD prior to loading and had a well thought out plan that was organized and precise . They never took a break for the 3 hours they were here and we even had soda available for them, but they never chose to drink. They were professional and very respectful to both myself and my wife and would without a doubt, use this company again. Thank You!

They took way too long on moving things from upstairs and through the house . Everything was packed and labeled as it it was going or not . They were taking literally in small picture at a time from the bundle that my husband and I would made . They were literally dragging the time so I would need to add hours . They started speeding everything when I told them I would not add any additional peer and therefore they started throwing things out of the blue. I was told by them that all bug pieces from
Upstairs were in the pods until I went to the master bedroom and my beed was still there . We dismantled everything before they came . The rails for all beds were left upstairs . All heavy boxes upstairs . I decided to pay because we can’t olive things downstairs but they were really going when I said rímenos over . I am moving to a house we are building and I will NEVER call this company again .
I will pay the extra hour because I thought they would work but the pace was worse . I was going to tip them and I decided not to . I was even going to pick up food for them so they could take it with them but swing all These, decided not to as well .
