Holy crap I would give them a million stars if I could. Our pod was suppose to show up yesterday morning and unloading services were suppose to arrive between 2-3. Well the movers showed up and the pod still wasnt there. Thankfully they were flexible and told us they could come around 12 - 1 the next day(today). So the pod was delivered this morning finally, the movers came on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

The movers were very nice and on time. They were not very experienced and it appeared that one was in training. Packing was slow, but they did fill the truck. They didn’t follow directions or communicate very well. They asked several times if both beds and all dressers should be moved. They were asked to move large items and did not make those items a priority. They started with boxes and not beds/dressers. They left part of dining room table, crib. They needed reminding to take the king box spring. They slid some items on the truck/ground and damaged them (chipped one and broke foot on one dresser). Overall, they were very nice but didn’t follow directions well and not as efficient as other companies I have used in the past but did get many things moved.

Highly recommend! They were on time (actually a few minutes early), efficient (under estimated time by 15 minutes), and took good care of all our belongings. They put our things in separate rooms per our requests and went the extra mile to assemble our bed frame and place the mattress. Karl and the other gentleman (whose name I forgot, but equally deserves acknowledgement for his work on the morning of 5/27) were both fantastic.
