Steve and Jesse - awesome crew. Steve got stuck in the elevator about 1/3 of the way through unloading, for almost an hour, (Windsor FD got him out - thanks guys!) and Jesse pushed on getting me unloaded until Steve was out and able to help finish the unload. The guys put together some furniture for me as well, and did an all around great job. Definitely would hire them again!

We ordered three helpers for our move and only received two with zero advance notice of the change. I had told the person when I booked that we were moving a lot of boxes and lightweight furniture on our own and that what would be left would be heavy. We have real wood furniture and it is heavy.
It was a very hot day and by the time every thing was unloaded - into my BRAND NEW HOUSE I watched in horror as they slid an Armoire - that had been pristine - across my floor with no protection even attempted at the top of the stairs. Both the floor and the Armoire were damaged. The guys worked very hard but seven hours of that kind of work was not doable.
