I required the helpers only for loading the goods into the UPack containers/cubes. The folks came on time and did a good job at it. I hired 2 people for 3 hours. They shrink wrapped the stuff that needed to. I am deducting 1 star from them since they could have proactively advised me if there was any additional packaging material needed from me - I had called the their number and enquired when they informed me.

Jr. and the crew arrived about 15 min. late do to traffic. They were very professional and worked very hard. Loaded the truck high and tight. It was a difficult move, two flights of stairs and a long carry to the truck. Never complained or griped. All members of the crew were polite and respectful of my wife and myself. Having worked in the industry I knew what to expect and this crew went above and beyond ! ! ! Thanks guys ! !

Unfortunately, they were not mindful of the house, the front door was scratched up, brand new gutters banged up and the concrete steps on the front porch were also chipped from their furniture dolly. We did not notice until after they were gone. Would not recommend.

Do not use this company. They are extremely unprofessional. They will threaten to and potentially will leave a job if they don't like some small detail. They waited until I went inside to threaten my wife that they would leave if we didn't move the truck closer, a difference of maybe 15 feet from where it was parked. A bunch of cowards to gang up on a woman to intimidate her into doing what they want. She didn't tell me until they were gone or else I would have fired them on the spot.************
They pretend to offer you a refund for any issues but they really do not. I had tipped them because I did not know that they threatened my wife at the time. They included this tip as part of the total in the refund. Extremely shady company they only offer you 25% back but will post that they will "give you a refund" as if it isn't a partial refund. They changed their message to show a 25% number now, but I have the screenshot showing different. They will say and do whatever it takes to not accept their mistakes.************
If you want to hire people that threaten women to get what they want and will potentially leave a job because it will takes too much time, these are your guys.
