The labor that was sent to my house was not very good. They did a good job of packing the truck tightly but spent more time in the truck instead of actually moving things into the truck. Also, I felt like I was being scammed about the piano. In numerous conversations with the dispatch manager the piano was talked about and there was no mention of an added fee. The people that came to load told me that I had to pay $150 in cash to have it moved. I moved more things in the 3 hours that we paid for than 2 guys.

These two guys were prompt and very friendly. When I saw the size of truck I first thought we had too much stuff - but they took a quick look around and said "no problem!" Couldn't believe how well they packed the truck for just one load to our new store. They had everything they needed to lift, protect and move heavy furniture. They worked non-stop from the moment they arrived until they closed the empty truck at delivery. They were very careful with breakable items. Would definitely hire them again!

I would have given them a five star rating after they packed. Fank, the crew leader packed every thingbI nto a 26 ft truck. I didn't think they could do it . So hard to find good packers. Definitely 5 star. Always courteous. Respectful, hard working.
However, on unloading in a different state. I found one of my antque chairs scrached up in several different paces very badly. I had told him to be sure to wrap all the furnature to prevent from scratching. They did not wrap a double wide dresser, the two antique chairs and some other antique chaIrs. I was dissapointed they did not or forgot. Other than that, they are very good. Judt be sure to make sure things are weapped with dtretch wrap or be sure to watch them do it.
