Movers arrived 10 minutes before scheduled start time, were not wearing masks until I asked them to, and hadn't been given the details of our job (2 hours of unloading and assembly). After 1 hour of unloading, they assumed they were done and had already filled out the completed paperwork. They grudgingly assembled our bed after I asked.
However, they were careful and quick with unloading, and overall respectful. I just wish that the info I specified in the Hire-A-Helper form was fully communicated to the movers, and I wish they had shown up wearing masks.

Pleasant surprise. 3 Young guys that did a great job. I asked them to not scratch my hardwood floors and watch the walls, especially going up the stairwell and that's exactly what they did. Wish they were available on the other end to load my PODs. Andrew, Isiah and Colby, well done guys.
