Did ok packing the truck, asked for a tip. Then towards the end started just piling and shoving things in, they left several items in the house. They broke a piece of trim off bedroom furniture, bedroom furniture got scratched...there were plenty of furniture pads, matter of fact threw about half of them unused in at the end. Destroyed a lamp. They were friendly and worked quickly...maybe too quickly.

Ryan and Andrew did a great job for us! They were prompt, and finished well before the minimum time allotment. They were courteous and careful. We would use them again, if we needed to make another move.

Our movers were about 30 minutes late, but they called ahead to let me know that they were stuck in traffic and running late. They were both very friendly and personable; and they were very hard workers. They had an interesting approach to loading the truck, and I wish they would have used more of the furniture pads that I rented with the truck. We had eighteen pads, but they only used nine of them. As a result, we ended up with quite a few rubs and scrapes on our furniture. It's nothing major, and I don't plan to file an insurance claim, but that's the one reason that I'm not giving this service five stars. On the other hand, we estimated five hours, and they got our move done in three hours, so they saved us some money there. I'd probably use this service again, but I'm glad that we opted to move all of our electronics and artwork ourselves. I have some very precious artwork, and I'd have been devastated if any of those pieces were damaged. Fortunately, I hired the movers to load and unload our furniture only, and I plan to repaint most of our furniture anyway. Unlike our artwork none of our furniture is precious, so the rub marks and scratches from the move aren't a big deal for me. Not everyone will roll with that kind of damage the way that I did, though. My advice to these guys for future moves is to use all of the furniture pads provided by the customer -- particularly on wood furniture.

Showed up late and refused to stay extra time as guaranteed by contract.

Overall disappointed and uncoordinated. Did not have proper tools or materials to complete the move. Many of our items were scuffed and scraped. Movers damaged both homes during the move. Did not reconstruct furniture at new home, and many screws etc. needed to rebuild furniture are still missing. Movers stated that certain things could not be moved downstairs, yet we were able to move in downstairs ourselves. I wish we had gone with another moving company, and would not use or recommend them in the future.

They were a great crew, on time, and prepared for the job. They all worked very hard and I would definitely use them again. We had a 1hr window to get the move done. It was a hot day and I wish I would have been more prepared with bottles of water and Gatorade for them all.

Crew #1 was 1 & 1/2 hours late. They looked at the job, said it was too hard, then LEFT! Crew # 2 came a few hours later. This entire time (approx 4 hours) was costing me money while I could do nothing but wait and cross my fingers someone would actually show up and complete the job. They did show up (with extra crew members) and finally completed the job. Very stressful and time consuming...not to mention the extra costs I had to endure. They offered me a discount, but doesn't come close to making up for the experience.

These guys were awesome! Didn’t waste a minute getting started and worked at an unbelievably fast speed. They unloaded a POD and 15 ft. Truck in less than two hours. Very personable and respectful! Definitely will recommend to anyone that needs this type of help.
